Our shipping is made to be as quick and simple for you as we can make it.

More than 90% of the products on our website are in stock either at our warehouse, or with our suppliers. Therefore, delivery times are usually between 3-7 working days.

When we process your order, we will check the availability of the item(s) ordered and confirm the actual expected delivery time, and we will provide tracking information where possible.

We can arrange shipping to many locations but will do so only by special arrangement due to many of our items being delicate and not suitable for long shipments.

We may send your order in multiple packages.If this happens we will inform you.

If you are not able to take delivery

If you are unable to take delivery of your item, our courier will attempt to deliver it again and leave contact details for you to rearrange the delivery at your leisure.

Shipping Delays

If there are any delays in shipping to you, we will contact you via email.

Undelivered / Returned Items

In the event that your item is returned to us (e.g, incorrect address), then we will inform you immediately via email. You’ll be given the choice to have the item sent out again, or have a refund processed for the item. Any items returned to us due to fault of the customer (e.g, incorrect address), Lux Lighting reserve the right to deduct outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

Other Information

Once we have passed your goods to the courier, we will update you via email. Once the courier has the item, we would expect the item to be delivered within 3 days of our email, though during busy periods this may understandably take longer. We are unable to compensate for late deliveries.
